We have team of Retd. Armed Forces servicemen to train our personnel as well as develop and implement recruitment, training and operational policies. Selection: We give utmost attention to the recruitment of our personnel in accordance with stringent parameters such as age, education, background verification.
Training & Development: All Dynamic Security Personnel deployed at duty must undergo and pass the Training Course which imparts the necessary skills to perform their duties with great responsibility and efficiency. The courses are designed as per professional requirement, assessment of training needs of staff and discussions, feedback from clients. They are also trained and enabled for the use of technology at work. Refresher training sessions are conducted for on-duty staff to update their skills and knowledge. Appraisal and career growth opportunities are also provided to staff through various company initiatives.
